The Windy City Breeze
  • 1 part Absolut Vodka
  • 1 part Cranberry Juice
  • 2 dashes of Grapefruit Juice
  • Pour over ice in a Collins glass.
  • Garnish with an orange wedge.
Tropical Champagne
  • 3/4 oz dark rum
  • 3/4 oz orange juice
  • 2 - 3 dashes passion-fruit syrup
  • 2 - 3 dashes lemon juice
  • 4 oz Champagne
Shake all ingredients (except champagne) well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a champagne flute. Carefully fill with champagne, and serve.
